In the midst of a summer season, an extraordinary renovation project unfolded as a family of four, along with their beloved adopted dog, chose to forgo their annual vacation in favor of transforming their living environment. Entrusted with this endeavor, my primary responsibility was to meticulously address the layout challenges and fulfill their evolving requirements.

Understanding their desire for a dedicated dining area, we embarked on a creative solution that involved repurposing the balcony as an extension of the living room. This decision not only allowed for the inclusion of a substantial dining table but also provided space to accommodate two office desks, meeting their professional needs.

Furthermore, the renovation encompassed the kitchen, hallway, and small bathroom, with a focus on enhancing their spaciousness and introducing additional storage solutions. This thoughtful upgrade aimed to optimize functionality while simultaneously elevating the aesthetic appeal of these essential areas.

Given their inclination towards a classic style, I sought to infuse a touch of modernity into the design scheme, envisioning a timeless appeal that would transcend the next 5 to 10 years. This forward-thinking approach aimed to ensure their home would remain both stylish and relevant in the foreseeable future.
